When turned 'Off', the levers on the Optitherm should be positioned with the long lever in a near-vertical orientation. Levers that are in contact with the wall may not fully close the flow and result in dripping at the tap outlet. This is not a fault of the outlet or the ceramic disc and can be easily rectified. The lever has a 'clutch' mechanism, for protection against accidental or intentional harm, and movement of the lever over this clutch may result in the levers becoming out of phase or resting against the wall panel. The video above shows how to correct an 'out of phase' lever.
