Did you know that Horne offer free maintenance training seminars to major users of our products?
The seminars, which last about 2 hours, cover commissioning, testing, maintenance and full valve refurbishment of all Horne point of use products, i.e. Thermostatic Mixing Valves, Thermostatic Showers and Taps.
Training is normally carried out at the client's premises. The client provides a suitable room, which can be a meeting room, training room, workshop or canteen, as long as there is a table top and room for the attendees to sit round the table and see what our trainers, Bill Smith, Mike Anderson, or Alex Tickle (West Midlands/South Wales) are doing. Our trainers provide all the product samples and tools required. The number of attendees is up to the client and generally varies between 5 and 10 but has been as many as 20. Each attendee receives a certificate of attendance and the feedback from the seminars has been very positive. A number of organisations to recently benefit from our maintenance training are:
