At Horne Engineering Ltd we guarantee our products against any defect in materials or workmanship for 2 years from the date of purchase.
Within this guarantee period, we will resolve any faults, free of charge, by repairing or replacing parts or modules as we may choose. Damage or defects arising from incorrect installation or commissioning, improper use or lack of maintenance (including lime scale build up) is not covered by this guarantee. Horne will not accept responsibility for damage and defects arising if the product is taken apart, repaired or modified by any person not authorised by Horne or our agents.
This guarantee does not affect your statutory legal rights.
Spares availability for discontinued products.
Horne will continue to stock, or make available, all spare parts for products that may have been discontinued in production for at least 10 years after that part has been discontinued.
