We are very pleased to welcome Graeme Watson to the technical team here in Johnstone.
Graeme joins us to take over the role of Sales and Applications Engineer previously held by Paul Hartley, who has ventured out on the road as our new Field Sales Engineer for England’s North West Region.
Graeme previously worked as a Manufacturer’s Agent selling into HVAC markets and therefore brings a lot of relevant experience with him.
Since starting at the beginning of December he’s been on a steep learning curve – we’re immersing him in the history of thermostatic technology and introducing him to our world-class thermostatic products, the regulations affecting their design and usage and also practical applications of thermostatic technology. We are confident that in a few weeks he’ll be into his stride and able to answer most customer queries - technical and pricing.
