Social Housing

Amendments were made to the Scottish Building Standards in May 2006 and to the UK Building Regulations in April 2010 for the rest of the UK.  All domestic new-builds and refurbishments now require the installation of thermostatic mixing valves, particularly to baths to reduce the risk of accidental scalding.  We have applied our knowledge and expertise to develop a range of TMVs suitable for the needs of social housing. A safe, reliable and controlled flow of hot water with a maximum setting of 48°C is essential for comfortable living.
