Horne Engineering guarantee products against any defect in materials or workmanship for 5 years from date of purchase:-

Within the guarantee period we will resolve defects, free of charge, by repairing or replacing parts or modules as we may choose.

Damage or defects arising from incorrect installation, improper use or lack of maintenance (including build – up of lime scale) is not covered by this guarantee. Horne will not accept responsibility for damage and defects arising if the product is taken apart, repaired or modified by any person not authorised by Horne or our agents.

This guarantee does not affect your statutory legal rights.

Spares availability for discontinued products
Horne will continue to stock or make available all spare parts that may have been discontinued in production for a period of at least 10 years after that part has been discontinued.
