We establish close connections with our various customer types, in particular installers and end users. Dialogue may be anecdotal, informal or purposively seek feedback, and will continue to lead to improvement and innovation as we further understand the needs and requirements of our customers through design and manufacture.
Renewable and sustainable water heating technology
Increasingly, regulations and other drivers incentivise our markets to adopt cleaner methods, with less reliance on fossil fuels for water heating and ever greater efficiencies in the use of domestic hot water. We know that thermostatic technology has a significant part to play in the safe and efficient capture, control, storage and distribution of hot water, and this technology has applications for all forms of domestic hot water heating and, in particular, where using renewable solid fuels, solar heating or ground source heat pumps.
